  I've been having physio treatments at Lifemark for over 4 years now. I went for a hiking injury after being referred by a friend. She was so right - Sebastien always manages to have me back up and running after all of my injuries. He's a kind, caring therapist and has always done whatever he could to see me immediately following an incident. The front desk staff are so lovely and happy, you almost feel like family being treated here! I've also had some incredible massages at Lifemark too. It's really one stop shopping for all of your physical therapy needs! Thanks Lifemark!!

  I've been going to this clinic for a few years now for a couple different ailments. The whole team is awesome; from the front welcome to the amazing treatments. Sebastian and his team go out of their way to make sure they are treating you fully and completely by using a number of different therapies. They are never pushy with products, always suggest great ways to strengthen at home, and also suggest other complimentary treatments to help maximize benefits and schedules. This is the only place that is able to actually get me up and running again at full health. Thank you!

  I have been coming to Lifemark for the past 12 yrs for a few different ailments. Sebastian is an amazing owner and an even more amazing physiotherapist who goes above and beyond for clients. He always finds a way to accommodate my schedule and done whatever he could to see me immediately following an incident.

  Lifemark clinic is the only place that is able to actually get me up and running again at full health by using several different types of therapies including at home exercise programs to help speed up the recovery. They are all about fixing you in a timely fashion.

  I have only had excellent experiences with Lifemark (Gulf Canada Square). Their front staff are very professional and quick to answer phones, easy to make appointments and always run on time. I personally see Sebastien and he is incredible, I would never change. He has taken care of my multiple issues, from keeping me in one piece during ironman training or completely stopping my head aches (that I had been waking up with for the past two years and now they are 100% gone. If I do feel them coming back I just go see him and they are gone again). The staff works with all levels of athletes to just your everyday patient. I absolutely can not say enough positive things about this place!

  I dread every session with Sebastien. It's torture, pure and simple. I sweat, I cringe, my toes wiggle, I curse... it's awful. I even cried once, much to my chagrin and embarrassment. However, it helps. A lot. Not at first, but usually the next day I am feeling like progress is occurring; less pain, greater mobility, and just generally better. I have a relatively complex surgical history and have seen physiotherapists for the better part of twenty years; Sebastien is the first physiotherapist that has had a very big impact on my mobility and gives me hope that I will finally find my "new normal". I attribute the majority of my mobility successes to him and his treatments (AKA torture sessions). He listens (actually listens), he is a staunch patient advocate, he encourages me, he makes me laugh whilst sticking needles in my legs, and he is my cheerleader. I cannot thank him enough. And he has a great beard.
