    The Mckenzie Method is no joke, it managed to sort out long term chronic problems I have had in less time than it takes to eat dinner.

    A fantastic physiotherapist!! She works with you to fix the cause not just the symptoms. I went to her to treat a badly twisted ankle and I saw results within the first week, and was back to almost 100% within 6 weeks. She's a very hands-on therapist and I would highly recommend her.

    Jenny is a phenomenal Physiotherapist. She ensures that she addresses your issue, not just treats your symptoms. I had been living with chronic neck/back pain for almost a decade and had seen multiple physiotherapists previously where the pain would get better but only temporarily. After seeing Jenny I can finally say I am pretty much pain free, and have almost 100% mobility back. I can't begin to explain how amazing her treatments have been for my life.

    Jenny was great helping me with my knee injury, I had positive results within only one week after my first treatment. The exercises she recommended made a huge impact on my recovery and I understood it was my job to do the work. Jenny was hands on and very open about my treatment, she was also easy to reach out at anytime between treatments. My chiropractor referred me to Jenny and I definitely recommend her to others. Thanks again Jenny!

    I couldn't believe it, the first time I visited Jenny. I had been dealing with chronic low back pain for years, throwing it out several times. I had tried chiropractor and acupuncture, and although both made me feel a little better, I walked into Jenny's office unable to reach down to my knees without horrible pain in my back. Within 10 minutes (no joke... 50 reps of an exercise she helped me with), I was able to touch the ground with no pain. Jenny gave me several exercises to do and the schedule to do them, and over the following few weeks I was back to 100%.

    I do a physical job and for the first time ever I pulled out my back two months ago and needed a good physiotherapist ASAP so I could get back to work. I was really stressed out and worried I'd done myself in. I reached out to my friends for referral and couldn't believe my luck when I was recommended Jenny! She was very supportive and able to fit me in on short notice (although it wasn't easy) and get me back to work within the time I needed. She's so knowledgeable and comes with a load of experience, she's always finding the right spots and then some, taking the time to work the knots out. She also provides suggestions to prevent more issues and improve yourself. She provided me with a link to a PhysioApp I can use to prompt me to excercise and displays the correct posture and actions. I wished I'd done this for myself earlier to avoid the emergency, but now I know the signs, and have my go to Physio/massage therapist. She's the best!

    In my last appointment, we finished early as my back is back to normal, so I tossed out a shoulder mobility problem I've had for as long as I can remember. She tried a few exercises with me, and AGAIN, within 10 minutes, I had full mobility back in my shoulder.
