  Clean, nice staff, variety of products. They have unique things sometimes. I just buy from there when products are on sale other than that its little pricey.

  The people at this pharmacy have been fabulous. They always willingly take the time to answer all questions and you always feel like they truly care. I cannot say enough good things about this pharmacy as they are the absolute best and I highly recommend them.

  Very well merchandised, friendly and knowledgeable staff, esp. in the audio/video department. Never have to wait for a cashier; even customer service willing to take customers when busier.

  Customer services for photo pick up is extremely hit and miss. Sometimes they help you right away, but most often you wait 10-15 minutes. I have come at the same time every week to pick up photos all summer and have started to budget an extra 15 minutes to wait since I am on a time crunch, and need to have the photos back to my workplace at a specific time. Also, only one team member I have interacted with has had good customer service skills, the rest have been very cold, straight forward and impolite.

  Took 2 rolls of film in to be developed and the prints from the 2 rolls to be placed on one CD. Took a week and then when I got home only half the prints were on the CD. When I called the store they stated they could have their error corrected by 5pm the same day but only if I could magically be at the store by 11am. I live 45 min outside of Calgary and the phone call ended at 1030am. Not impressed that no one checked that all the prints were transferred to the CD and that no one really cared because it's Christmas and they are really busy
