  First and last experience going here despite it being in the same building as my Physician... Couldn't fill the prescription and offered to send it the next day. A week later I called as it hadn't arrived, and they said they could only fill it with a generic. I agreed and they said it would be delivered the next day. Still nothing after almost a week and writing this as I'm waiting for them to open. Thank God the medication if not life threatening... Worst customer service or care ever experienced in 60+ years at any pharmacy.

  I was helped by Jaleesa at this location, and was really impressed. She was really friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back to this location.

  I went into the pharmacy to purchase a metatarsal pad. I was shown the package which contained two pads, for your left and right foot and on top of it, had the price 32.99. Fine. I went to pay for it and it comes up on the machine, 32.99. Then the salesclerk, looks it over on the computer and says, "something's not right". This is only supposed to be for one individual pad. I say, "That can't be right, since all of the packages are sold with two pads". Then I am told to speak to a woman in the back. She informs me that all pads are sold individually. I stop and think for a second and say, "How's the possible? The package comes with two together". She tells me that's what it is. Then I go on to say, but why is your selling price, 32.99, for two pads. Do I have buy both and get charged twice the price? She appears annoyed at my question. Something seems fishy. I call the company and inquire whether items are sold separately at the cost of 32.99. The manger looks up his files and matches it and declares that "no, they should not be selling it individually and the price is consistent with two pads". I wonder if they are doing that for more than one item and how many other people are fallen for this. I also contacted another pharmacy that sells the same item, sold together, for 30 dollars.

  Fast and efficient pharmacy team. Very knowledgeable. The Technician (Ariel) went out of her way to provide me with all the help I needed.
