  They have been amazing people all through that time always supporting me and my dogs with everything we have needed. I've never got the salesman approach, always been treated very respectfully like an informed consumer and parent of fur-kids.

  I shop here because they always have the bones that my pups love. I do not like having to shop here though as the customer service is deplorable. I have never been greeted with an hello or even an acknowledgement of entering the store and stood at the freezer yesterday for quite a while but nobody ever asked if I needed help or has in the past. I will also go out of my way to buy my dog food elsewhere as these two ladies have not earned my extra business. PLEASE FIX THIS!!! Customer service 101 If a customer enters your store, look up, say hello and ask if there is anything I can help you find today and put a cart at the front door so people can use it to carry their dog food bags to their cars as this service is also not offered and can't be expected from two petite older ladies.

  Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The shop has a diverse selection of top quality pet food and supplies and has become my go- too location.

  Lovely family owned store. Very helpful and they remember my dogs name and give him a treat every time we visit.
