  I have bought a dog food sojos beef complete dog food from this store. My dog is raw feed and was slowly transitioned to this diet so that he could eat it while we were on vacation on an off grid island. The food did not absorb at all. My dog lost incredible amount of weight and needed to be let out 5-6 times per night. By the end of the week, I had to cook my oatmeal for my mastiff.

  First of all, in response to "Alla Zilberg" and her negative review - what you decide to feed your pet, the quantity you feed, and the frequency you feed, are all YOUR choices. A raw diet doesn't suit every pet, so do your own research and solve your own problem. You can't blame a business for selling a product that isn't right for your dog - that's YOUR responsibility to figure out, not theirs.

  So, I took the food back and faced So much attitude! They did take it back in the end but the service was horrible. I have been going to this location for last 5 years but from now on, I will stick with Elbow location and will not support this store.

  I have been going to the Glenmore Landing Pet Planet for the last 6 years and it is always a great experience. I am always greeted by friendly staff when I open the door, and more importantly, so are my dogs!!! Going to this Pet Planet is the highlight of my dog's day every time we visit and I think that's important because I could buy the same products at a lot of different pet stores - it's the experience that keeps me going back to Pet Planet at Glenmore Landing.
