    Very bad experience, gave me a parking ticket even tho I had a pass and was in a reserved stall for my work then they said I did not have a pass even tho I did then they tried to say it was only a photo copy and then they called me and said they contacted someone at my work and said I didn't work there and then when I asked that person they never even called the girl on the phone was so rude . They didn't even contract anyone at my work . Threaten to have my car towed. Customer service is very poor. Not helpful on the phone at all .
