Great park. Places to grill & have a picnic. Lots of paths to go for a walk. If you have time check out the path at the end of the park. It located part way up by the switch back trail. Worth the look for.

I live close to this park and my kids love it. The redevelopment has been worth the long wait. You can do biking, skateboarding, kayaking, fishing, walking, jogging. The only issue is parking during the peak days on weekends but once the crowds are gone, it is an awesome place and safe for kids and families.

One of the most popular parks in Calgary. In the summer you can rent a canoe or paddle boat and enjoy the lagoon and in the winter you can strap on your skates and enjoy a wonderful time with family. Kids will love the mini train that loops the park in the summertime and the massive playground with the coolest climbing apparatus.

Great in the summer. Okay in the winter. Awesome little train for the kids to ride. Rent canoes and paddle boats and go out on the pond. DO NOT leave your car here overnight or it may get vandalized.

In the summer, it's a picturesque park perfect for walking or renting a paddleboat for the man made pond. In the winter the pond freezes over to skate on - it can be a little bumpy at the start of the winter so definitely be careful. There's a concession stand and a restaurant right next to the lake.
