  The work Bignold Painting did on my home was not done satisfactorily and communication deteriorated to the point that I had to contact the Better Business Bureau to attempt to rectify the problem through their resolution process. After months of detailed email correspondence, waiting for replies, replying back, and requesting a reasonable reimbursement, the end result was no response from Bignold Painting; therefore my complaint was closed as UNRESOLVED. The Better Business Bureau stated that Bignold Painting are now no longer accredited. Accreditation means, among other things, that a company demonstrates a commitment to make a good faith effort to resolve any consumer complaints. I had full confidence and trust in the resolution process, but in the end, Bignold Painting demonstrated no interest in responding. I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with Bignold Painting for not correcting the deficiencies in a professional, coordinated and timely manner on the work they did.

  Our maintenance company contract Bignold Services in regular basis due to their holistic and professional procedures, starting with a fast response to provide with a quote in less than 24 hrs to the final cleaning after painting is inspected, We also received updates on their services and follow ups to evaluate and rate their painters and managers. Definitively a better experience

  Bignold painted our stucco during the summer and we had them come back and paint our basement when we had it renovated in November. Smooth process and would use them again.
