    We were moving out of an apartment, so we booked them for a set time, since we needed the elevator booked. Half an hour before they were supposed to be there, they call to say they will be a minimum 3 hours late. This puts them outside of our elevator window, and we cannot move unless we have the elevator. Call their office, and they would do nothing for us. They said the time was an estimate, after we had told them the situation when we were booking them. It had to be fixed. They would do nothing, so we ended up having to move ourselves. This added major stress to an already stressful day. If you are looking to move and want to be screwed, call these losers.

    A horrible and unfortunate experience! Not only was our furniture destroyed, but also our walls and doorways. Plus the movers had the gall to try and make me sign a piece of paper stating they could destroy my house just to move my furniture! Unprofessional, and inexperienced movers at best! I would not and will not recommend this company to anyone!
