  My friend and I tried the chicken shawarma and really liked it! The staff were friendly and very attentive. I look forward to coming back and trying other dishes.

  Some amazing food here however, the younger guy was pretty rude. I walked in about 10-15 minutes to 11 right before they opened and I was greeted with "No! I just cleaned the floor." And then abruptly told "We don't open until 11 or a little after!" I hate posting a rant or a low review directed at one employee but I am very dissapointed in the attitude. Will not visit again as the other businesses in the area don't care if I walk on their floors.

  The best service and the best donair in Calgary. Even if its your first time in the restaurant, they'll treat you like a regular. I also recommend the falafel. I normally find them dry and bland, but at Damascus they're amazing.

  This place is awesome. The food is very tasty and the owner makes his customers feel very special. I went there for the first time on Friday with my kids. My son has been there several times before and ordered the 'student special". The portions are very generous. We really enjoyed the trip and the owner made my kids feel very special. Great place to eat!

  Great experience for my first time! Took couple friends and we all really enjoyed it. Great food and even better customer service. Will be back.
