  Would stay there again, staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. Pool was closed during our stay, otherwise the accommodations are comparable to any other 4- or 5-star hotel. Bed and room were very comfortable, bath I would want for my own house. Only critique was a bit of noise from the nearby C train.

  Most amazing hotel. Stayed when renovations were underway. Pool closed for Reno's with an option to use another hotel pool a quick walk away. Gym open on the 18th floor tho.

  We had our work social event at Hyatt on Saturday. The banquet room was beautifully decorated decorated. They have a good lighting system and many door entries into the room. Very spacious. I think we had about 500 guests in the event. The main course was chicken or beef. The chicken was amazing but the beef was a little dry. We parked at telus convention center and walked to Hyatt. All indoor walking which was nice. Also it was a cheaper place to park for the evening than right at Hyatt, around $5.

  Hotel bar closes at 11:30pm If doing business at late hours, think about a late night location off site.

  My wife & I recently had a very nice relaxing evening away in the Hyatt Regency. The staff was very charming and our rooms were silent, it was wonderful. Had thought the private lounge would have had a bit more going on, especially for new years eve, but it was still a good experience. We will be considering the Hyatt Regency again for our next staycation.

  Visited the Stillwater Spa for a bit of Christmas vacation relaxation and was not disappointed. Spa facilities are small, but nice. Men's room contains a wet sauna, hot tub, and shower. Common area has lots of tea and snacks. Massage rooms are fully equipped and the massages are custom tailored to meet your needs. Slightly pricey, but since my insurance covers the tab, I deserve it! 10/10, rub my back again.
