  Hot tub was out of service over Christmas, pool temperature was very cold. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice place to stay overall.

  If I could give this facility a 10 Star rating a I would. In all my experiences of staying in a hotel, this is by far my favourite. We were originally booked in a nearby hotel that turned out to be a real dump. Both the wife & I agreed we couldn't stay in the other place and began our search for a new hotel. Our first call was to the Hilton Garden Inn and I am so happy we booked the rest of our stay with this fabulous hotel. When we arrived there was a crew power washing the outside and I said to the wife, why ?, this place looks brand new. The entry is very welcoming and as we started unloading our luggage a staff member ran out to help and from then on, all we got were offers of help from ALL staff. It's not often that I remember names of hotel staff, but in this case because they make you feel so much at home, you become part of the family. From Stephen, Danny, Keisha and little Tiffany, the entire staff was exceptional. The hotel and our room was super clean and comfortable. The food was outstanding and great value. There is absolutely nothing that I can criticize because it was all beyond my expectations. I loved it and our stay was made so enjoyable by all staff. Management should be extremely proud. I can't wait to visit Calgary again and especially to stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. This hotel in my humble opinion outshines any hotel I have ever stayed at. I look forward to returning and will ALWAYS recommend the Hilton Garden Inn at the Calgary Airport. What a great place to feel like your home.

  My family and I decided to have my 18th birthday dinner on January 8th at the Garden Grille and I am glad we did. The service we received from Colleen was outstanding and the food prepared by the kitchen crew was excellent. We had fun playing board games at the spacious lobby of the and had amazing photo shoots at the fireside area. I would recommend this restaurant and this hotel for guests who likes good service, good food, and good hotel. With this good experience, I give this hotel 5 stars. Way to go HGI Pegasus Road.

  Good stay. Comfortable quiet rooms. One gripe: My first morning I ordered a simple cheese and bacon omelette and toast. Almost 15 minutes went by and no omelette. I had to go to work so was forced to cancel it and asked the cook to just get me quick scrambled eggs. I was asked to please excuse them as they had a new cook! I don't see how ANY cook (new or experienced) would take more than 5 minutes to make a simple omelette. I was not charged for my breakfast...but as a long time Hilton customer and Honors member it is very dissapointing to see one of these hotels allow such a basic service to fail in this way.

  Feels like home, great rooms. Excellent Staff. Good Restaurant. Efficient Airport shuttle to and from the Main Terminal and Canadian North terminal.
