  I stayed here in August and was content with my stay. The front desk people were nice when I dealt with them, and very secure when I ordered delivery (they called up to my room to double check and then asked if they would like the driver to be sent up). The location is good, great amount of parking. My room was recently updated and was clean and well maintained. -1* for the common areas of the hotel being less clean than my room. Otherwise a great stay.

  Location was ideal for us (10 minute cab ride from the Winter club where the event we were attending was held). Room was pleasant (no surprises) Standard WiFi internet access was part of the price. The hot breakfast was also included (between 6 and 10 am) The hotel staff were efficient and quick to help when asked

  Just love that place, frontdesk staff are really nice also housekeeping staff and they are doing a great job.The hotel is spotless and breakfast are good ,pool and gym everything is great.

  Great hotel with a good price. I stay here for every business trip to Calgary. They have upgraded their services over the past few years to keep up with the Hilton standards. Heated underground parking is a plus. I like the chalet feel of the lobby.

  Parking was terrible. Trucks can't fit underground and limited amount in parking lot with no direction before hand. Staff was nice and semi professional. Didn't use the pool but heard it was fine. Doors had roughly 1/2 inch of play of movement I wouldn't stay there again
