  I was staying in a room facing Macleod Trail, and I could see most rooms were not occupied at all since most parking lot were empty, but they just gave me a room like this. I found out it's so noisy and couldn't go to sleep.

  The facilities are fine with a decent complimentary breakfast. I had made a mistake and booked my room for a month later at the non-refundable rate. i clicked on the wrong month. Completely my fault. So when I arrived they didn't have a reservation for me. The front desk person was very nice and able to get me a room that night at the same rate and cancel my booking for the next month. Very kind. He said I should check with the front desk in the morning to confirm the future cancellation.

  The next morning I checked with the front desk, and the manager told me they had cancelled the date, and then sternly told me I had better not make that mistake again because this was a one time deal and I was lucky to get it. The poor response spoiled what had been a 5 star experience in dealing with my mistake.

  Rooms were cozy for a one night stay. A little small if you are gonna be spending extended time in the room. Staff are great. Raj at the front desk is super helpful.

  When I had my breakfast in the morning before 9AM and there's only one yogurt left and when I opened it I found out the yogurt inside was covered by water and had become "slid brick". At that the Indian guy from the front desk entered the breakfast room and I showed him the yogurt and he just said the yogurt was not bad at all and could be eaten, then I asked him to take and eat it. what a joke. hearing what I said, he took the yogurt and showed to the guy responsible for the breakfast, and he told me when he left the dinning room that the other guy would be blamed for the yogurt.

  I stayed here for the entire month of August and I was really happy! The staff was friendly every day, no matter what time it was. The breakfast was always fresh and yummy! My room was cleaned on the days I needed it but they were quiet and respectful when I requested they don't attend to my room. Staying for a full month got tiring but never because of the people running this location! I would stay at another comfort inn again in a heart beat!

  Good for the price. No restaurant but they serve breakfast. The usual fair but no bacon or pancakes.
