  Our flight was delayed and in turn we missed our connection. To top it all off our luggage was lost meaning no clothes or toiletries. We were given hotel vouchers for the night and a bunch of food vouchers. The staff at the Marriott were extremely generous and accommodating. They put us in a beautiful room and provided us with extra toiletries including much needed toothbrushes and toothpaste. We ordered a very late room service (after 2am) and when we tried to pay with the vouchers they would not accept them, instead they comped our entire order and said we could use the vouchers the next day for food in the airport. Anything we needed they were straight up to our room to assist. Their wonderful service made a really terrible situation so much better. Thanks for your amazing customer service!

  Clean, modern look, and it was suppressing quiet. We heard very little noise from here and slept soundly. Sooooo convenient to walk from the plane to your hotel (and save a day of car rental.) Staff were nice, hotel was clean, bed was very comfortable, and the restaurant was surprisingly good.

  The room that I had in the Marriott was exceptional. The room was spacious, clean, well lit, and extremely nice in terms of decor. Noise was not an issue even though I was acorns the hall from a stairwell that had frequent activity. Front desk and housekeeping staff were very polite and kind.

  It's a Marriott so you know its going to be great. The hotel is super clean, our hotel overlooked the terminals and could watch the planes. We stayed here before leaving to go to Mexico. Honestly made our trip so relaxing, we didn't have to wake up early and deal with morning traffic and dropping our car off before our flight. Just had to get up, shower and go downstairs to the terminal. I would stay here again.

  First time in Calgary (YYC) airport. Had a late flight in and early flight out so the Airport In-Terminal Marriott was the perfect choice. Easy and convenient for arriving guests with only a short (3 minute) walk from international baggage. New and stylish with very nice amenities. Rooms are very large with a fantastic bathroom. We had rooms on the 8th floor for both stays and there was no airplane noise. The new M-Club is just amazing with views of the terminals and take off/landings. The whole family hung out and enjoyed the views, food, and service. Finally, the staff truly sets this hotel apart. I’m a Lifetime Platinum, so I’ve been at a few hotels, and the staff made a big impression on me - Friendly and helpful even during the late night arrivals and helped us with bags for our early morning departure. Highly Recommend!
