I love Harriet Natt. He is the person who introduced me to tennis 1028 on the bus!

Staff is helpful. Except this one day I heard a librarian openly complain that kids are making too much mess etc. I only remember it because she was loud. Note to the lady: That's what kids do.

It's so completely packed, that even if you get there 10 minutes before it opens on a Saturday morning, there is an angry mob of rude people that stampede and push each other through the doors to get to the better seats. I went there multiple weekday evenings to get some work done on the laptop but had to leave because there wasn't a single seat left in the entire library.

My 2 year old daughter and I went in for the first time in 3 years to this location to sign out books (we also recently moved back to the area). She got super excited because she loves her brother's books and started pulling couple books of the shelf and sat on the floor to read them with me.Momentarily, a rude librarian came up to us, almost yelling at us about the "mess". She kept repeating "this is too much work for us, this is too much work for us!" She ran off to grab a basket and came back marching to my face and took all the books away. I could still hear her say "too much work for us" under her breath as she violently stacked the books and threw them in her basket. She left with all the books my daughter picked off the shelf except for two. My daughter was baffled as she watched this lady take her books away. My poor child stood there in horror, trying to absorb what had just happened. I had two people come up to me afterwards telling me "this was unacceptable" "she was so rude" "you should complain". I did talk to a supervisor afterwards and she agreed that the situation could've been handled in a different way. It has been about a week and I cannot get myself to go back in there with my child.
