  It's no wonder why this firm has 5 stars. They deserve every one of them! We did both a sale and a purchase at the same time and it could not have gone any smoother. Paul and Rita, who are incredibly friendly, handled all the details and kept us up to date with their email notifications every step of the way. One trip into the office and we were done. As an added bonus, the office is very easy to access with an abundance of parking. Will definitely use this firm again.

  Fast, efficient, organized and we'll priced. With 3 offices around town and lawyers that work outside of regular business hours it is very convenient too. This is the second time we have used McKay and will use them again in the future.

  I have never liked going to a lawyer, but my more than positive experience with lawyer Paul Kennett has changed my mind. He was very pleasant and put me at ease before I ever entered his office.   My wife and I worked with this firm for the purchase of our first home. We had the pleasure of working with lawyer Paul Kennet and paralegal Rita Nandy. Paul made each detail understandable and answered our questions clearly. When our mortgage specialist was failing to provide the required documents to begin the process (we had been waiting over two weeks), we notified Rita and she stepped in. She then had the required documents the next day. We and even our realtor were very impressed by their structured email process and by how much Paul and Rita cared that our new home deal be closed with no issues and minimal stress. Overall we'd highly recommend this firm to anyone buying or selling a home.
