  Paid $20.00CAD UPFRONT, didnt hear anything... I called into the store AFTER the scheduled time of completion (Friday) and was told the bracelet was not at the store. A lot of back and forth, was told it would be ready for the following Monday. The following day, Tuesday, I personally went into the store to speak with Amir about the situation and eventually was told in a convoluted manner that the bracelet actually had not yet been resized but it could possibly be done the same day.

  Eventually I was able to pick it up that evening, however I had to ASK whether I could keep my three 925 links that were removed to shorten MY bracelet.

  There is always a fabulous service whenever I go there... They are always there to help and give you the best deal they can everytime when I shop there .. Sue is just amazing.

  Went there to purchase a ring and the customer service was outstanding. Emir was the sales associate who helped me out and he was absolutely great! He told he the best prices and choices to make my decision and he also listened to what I was looking for and then I finally got my solution! Ask for Emir when needing help! He is great!

  I purchased my engagement and wedding ring from this location from the same associate. Every experience at this location was exceptional. British Susan was very knowledgeable, funny and simply awesome. I would recommend Michael Hill to anyone.

  Sale people have no idea what's going on. They gives me wrong information. I perches a ring for my wife in Jan 28 and got it in March 20. I don't recommend Michael hill to any one
