  This is a relationship with a locally owned, family business that after you deal with them you will find other reasons to buy other items from them just to have that same experience you had on your first purchase. The relationship exists from that first time because they never forget your face or name and they always make you feel welcome even if just stopping in to say hi or thanking them again for that perfect item.

  Maxime's is an amazing shop for jewelry, pens, watches, cufflinks, wedding/engagement rings and in fact it is even more than what some would consider a 'buying experience'. Maximes is a relationship purchase. When you purchase that special item for yourself or for those you love enough to give them the best you start a relationship with people whom care enough to make sure you get exactly what you wanted, whom care enough to take care of any needs after your purchase and whom care enough to continuously educate themselves on the industry and offer the best possible advise and items for your purchasing needs.

  I have been a Maxime's (formerly known as "Jewels by Maxime") customer for years. I have shopped at both of their locations; Chinook Center and Market Mall. I have always been treated exceptionally well by their customer service professionals; even when I'm just looking around.

  I was helped by a wonderful lady, early this December, who patiently spent time showing me several pieces from their locally designed "Peaks & Prairies" collection, even going out of her way to contact the designer for one of the necklaces I was interested in but that they did not have in stock. I knew my mother-in-law would like any of them but I also knew she had seen this particular one and would be perfect for her Christmas gift. Amazingly, they were able to have it all gift-wrapped and ready to pick-up before the 25th! While I was waiting, the sales lady noticed I was wearing a Simon G right-hand ring I had purchased from them years ago and suggested I get it cleaned and polished while I was there. It was done FOR FREE!!!

  Whether I'm looking at Tacori (their my favourite) engagement rings with my fiance or picking out sterling silver Gucci pieces for a special someone; I've always received the utmost attention and kindness. I have never had a problem with any of the jewellery I have purchased at Maxime's and will remain a loyal customer. I have yet to find another store in Calgary that offers complimentary servicing FOR LIFE on all of their pieces! Especially paired with the welcoming, friendly staff there. I can't wait for Valentine's Day so I have another excuse to stop in.

  Excellent customer service! I bought a beautiful ring but it had to be special ordered for sizing. My ring was shipped to my home free of charge with a lovely thank you note and gourmet candies. The next day Maxime called to ensure I got my package and was happy with my ring. It's little things like this that set a place apart from the rest!

  The knowledgeable staff made shopping for an engagement ring so much easier. I knew nothing about diamonds (or jewellery) walking in, and I learned so much from them. It's amazing that I actually got to sit and talk to a gemologist about diamonds and was actually able to physically look at the diamond. I always receive amazing customer service from both locations and highly recommend checking them out.

  My husband bought all three tacori rings for my wedding set from Maxime's in Chinook 3 years ago and the service was incredible! I just recently visited the store because my finger was swollen and I couldn't remove my rings. Dalia was so helpful in arranging an appointment to come by and have them removed. Unfortunately, the rings did have to be cut but Max did such an amazing job that they retained their round shape, the intricate design in the band was untouched and no diamonds fell out! So grateful and thankful for such impeccable service. Will be back to have them resized once the swelling goes down. Thank you so much Max and Dalia! ❤

  I have had dealings with Maxime's for many years and having dealt with Dalia and Matthew for many of them making each new purchase easy with their experience and knowledge, I also find other staff like Matthew and Kristina ensure I have a great experience at their shops regardless of what I stop in for.

  There is no single reason for me to go anywhere for any of my jewelry/watch/pen needs ever again for Maxime's and the family and staff continue to fulfill all my needs everytime!
