  We can't get over how stunning the setting is. The diamonds are spectacular, the shape of the centre stone is perfect. We are so overjoyed that this is our ring! It won't stop sparkling! We could go on and on about it.

  The BEST engagement ring shopping experience I could have ever wanted. The customer service was fantastic. They do not work on commission and so i didn't feel pressured at all. I found a diamond I loved but wasn't a 100% yet, so they held it for as long as I wanted and even encouraged me to shop elsewhere to get an idea of what i wanted. Chris helped me out a lot. He was excellent and very friendly. The owner, Ralph was a pleasure to deal with. I designed my ring and needed it in a hurry, so they had it made in 3 days just so I could propose the day I had planned. The prices there are the best in Calgary (and i shopped around a lot so I know I got the best deal). They quoted me a price; and then when the diamond was re-graded, it turned out that the diamond was actually worth a lot more, but they stayed true to their word and charged me the original quoted price. I'll definitely be going back for our wedding bands and recommending Fleetwood to everyone I meet.

  Nice customer service. I arrived without an appointment to have a piece looked at and they were able to fit me in. The assessor was very knowledgeable in what he was doing and he really knew his stuff. Comfortable leather chairs to sit in while the assessment happened infont of you. I was offered a fair offer for my piece and walked out with a check and deposited in the bank with no issues. I will definitely be back for my jewelry needs. Very unique selection of jewelry and I wish I had known about this place prior to purchasing our wedding rings.

  My wife and I recently went to Fleetwood Jewellery to resize her wedding rings and we were blown away by the entire experience. The store itself is in a bit of a strange location but the staff member we dealt with was very friendly and made the entire process easy from beginning to end. They even expedited our order so we could get the rings back before our vacation, which was greatly appreciated. The pricing was very reasonable and the work done was top notch. We will definitely be going back here in the future. Highly recommended!

  I recently received my custom made engagement ring from Fleetwood jewellery, and I was completely blown away!!! It turned out even more amazing than I could have ever imagined!! Ralph is not only very knowelagble, but also has a big heart...he actually cares about you and the ring that you will wearing. Thank you Ralph for the most beautiful ring I have ever seen!!
