Melissa made the process so easy and fun, offering customized options and a whole lot of education along the way. She really wants the best for her clients on any budget and incorporated all the elements I was looking for in a stunning final product that my now fiancè is thrilled with.   The biggest test I had for Alberta Diamond Exchange was to size the ring in a timely manner, which happened to be done in 4 days, one of which was Christmas!

  I have made 3 purchases here in the past year. I went to every store in Calgary for an engagement ring and after almost giving up, ADE was recommended to me. I worked with Melissa to custom make my fiances dream ring. Everyone was amazing and I did not feel like I was dealing with "sales people". Such a laid back mentality that I felt more comfortable. I then picked up my wedding band and now a diamond necklace for the big wedding day. Thank you Melissa and team. I will never buy a piece of jewelry any where else.

  The staff, prices, and selection really sets this jeweler apart from the rest. I was in during the Christmas holidays to get an anniversary gift, and even with it being very busy, Lauren gave me all the time I needed to select the perfect ring. Which was no quick task, they have hundreds to choose from in all different styles.

  My boyfriend and I went in to pick out a setting for my engagement ring, since we already had a stone. We worked with Lauren who was amazing! She's friendly, knowledgeable and made sure that we were comfortable every step of the way. The ring was ready within the estimated timeframe and I'm incredibly happy with the outcome. I cannot recommend this place enough and will be going back for our wedding bands and any other needs we have in the future.
