  A major factor in this 5-star review I have to mention is Terence himself. From what I saw, he makes a huge effort to help every single customer who walks through his door, whilst allowing his employees to still do their job. His attitude is one of friendliness and he will engage with you without being a "pushy sales rep". I've had enough customer service experiences in my life to know when someone truly cares, or when someone is just trying to flatter you into doing business with them, and I believe Terence truly cares!

  Terrence/Terry is very knowledgeable, respectful and willing to work with everybody. His best skill is he listens carefully to you and in his head begins to find the best way and formula for helping with what you are looking for! Financial advice, and if you need a car loan... Good, very good intereses rates.
