  Good old State Farm is not here to help, and now they send a threatening letter stating if we don't get it fix by professionals (including a structural engineer they will take away our insurance.

  When Mark Reaume was actually in this office this was a great place. I have not seen him in literally years. My family has been here for over 20 years. The staff now there is different every time. They all seem confused when they put the policies together. I never really studied my insurance until recently and going over all the years I found that I had my brother on and off my policy as a second driver although this was never requested. I also phoned to alter my policy recently and found that State Farm took the insurance off my primary driver and I was driving around for months with no insurance. Then my brother got into an accident not his fault and State Farm wrote the totally wrong type of collision and in the wrong area of the truck. Stuff like that is the only reason people get insurance. This is partially my fault because I did changes over the phone. IF YOU CANT SEE THEIR COMPUTER SCREEN THEY PROBABLY GOT IT WRONG. Anyways I had enough when they switched to be American and I got into an argument about winter tires. Something they obviously know nothing about. I have winter rated all terrain tires. Does not compute in American. This place is a joke and I cancelled and went with a broker. A good broker has an experienced competent person. This joke place hires inexperienced secretaries to put together their policies. GO SOMEWHERE WITH EXPERIENCED INSURANCE EMPLOYEES. PS I can't give a zero star rating.
