  I have been getting insurance through HC Hopper for about 25 years and now my daughter loves their service as well. Never had a problem and over the years I have been able to call anytime and have a new car insured or a child added within minutes. When a new insurance company has a better deal for me they let me know and advise me to switch. Excellent service. Thank you.

  I have never wrote a bad review in my life but I must for this company because it is the WORST COMPANY EVER!!! I would never recommend using this company. My boyfriend called to get insurance on November 27 and within 2 hrs decided to cancel and go with a different insurance company that was much cheaper and offered more. Although it had only been two hours they still charged us for the entire month, which we paid. We also sent in a letter that was signed saying we cancelled, even though we signed nothing saying we had insurance. Now it is March 8th and we are still getting mail that we owe them 400$+ for car insurance that we NEVER used. We have called monthly to get them to deal with this and they STILL haven't figured it out. Was hardly a customer and now i know i never will be. disgusted in the customer service and efforts to deal with this.
