  The receptionist always seems to be in the worst mood, very very rude on multiple occasions to the point that if she answered id ask to speak to someone else immediately. Then I cancelled my insurance with them and asked Cory , a agent there, to email me my 3 policy numbers and dates i was covered, he asked "oh so you're trying to shop around" I replied I am going with another company, he replies "well i am busy with about 30 other people and have existing clients to deal with so it will be about a week before I get to you"...I was with state farm for 8 years, and thats the thanks I get. The only agent that is helpful is Ryan.

  The worst insurance agent I can imagine. There is this customer service names Ryan so rude. He had no patient and speaking to us disrespectfully. The agent self keep change policy that we had no idea when or why our policy been changed.

  Absolutely useless. Try and email Bob? No response. Talk to his associates, they have no idea what Bob is up to. Try and get a call back. Never happen. This is standard big city customer service that is just not acceptable.
