  My premium went up and ama didn't notify me of the new amount and took out $490 out of my account from $120 I cancelled right away I was not happy with them.

  I booked a cruise here. I had to micro manage the trip. And in the end I still had to have mistakes fixed. Won't be doing that again.

  If you are looking for an insurance company that treats you like a number, this is your place. I found another insurance company and cut my insurance nearly in half. After being with them for over 10 years you would think they would even ask why I was leaving them, is there anything they could do to keep me as a customer? Nope sign here and that's all. Don't do what I did look around ask questions don't just pay. I was blown away by the difference.

  Terrible insurance service. They don't take care of their clients at all.

  Always slow. Eight customers were lined up when they opened at 9:00 and only one teller at the registry counter.
