  Totally unorganized service to deal with. Confusion between subsequent appointments for our family. The vaccination records we were provided after didn't even have our family's names on them (kids got some different ones). One year later, to see what boosters we need before another trip it was a 4 step process to receive a vaccine summary and upon review - it contained typos and errors. Costs are inflated and worst of all, they do not direct bill extended health care providers! We had a $4000 charge (for fam of 4 for basic vaccines for Mexico) to carry on our credit card before our trip while we waited for reimbursement from benefits.

  Incredibly helpful! I came to Passport Health Chinook for a consult for my trip to Ghana. Kristin, one of the RNs, reviewed every potential health risk of my trip and took time to walk me through all of the details of each vaccine I might need, as well as how the diseases of concern could be contracted. She was incredibly friendly and the two shots I got during my appointment were quick and painless. I'd recommend this clinic to anyone seeking travel information and vaccines.

  Tip: It's a little hard to find right now as they're a new office. Enter through the door just west of the bridal boutique and go up the stairs.

  I was very impressed with how welcoming and non-stressful my appointment was at Passport Health Chinook. The vaccines and procedures that I needed to be aware of were explained clearly and there was no pressure to take on more medication than I was comfortable with. I was given very helpful information regarding these procedures and how it would be coordinated with my pharmacist. The clinic nurse, Kristin, gave me peace of mind that I could get more help in the future and have any further medical/travel questions answered so I could be best prepared for my journey.

  My boyfriend and I are moving to NZ soon and doing some travelling on the way. We went to passport health with a giant list of places that we may visit and they did thorough research on all the vaccines that we may need. We've been 4 times now, to both locations in Calgary, and always had a great experience. The nurses are alll very nice and answer all our questions. It's been a great experience so far! And this is coming from someone who used to hate getting needles
