  THE WORST RECEPTIONIST. I have given the same girl multiple opportunities to be professional and finally had to tell her today how rude, patronizing and downright unhelpful she is.

  Have had good experiences going here when my son is sick, wait times are not long and they fit us in once at the end of the day. Also they pick up the phone. The staff is helpful and kind, doctors are professional.

  I went here, surprised to see an empty waiting room, and the doctor seemed pretty desperate to get more clients. He seemed to just agree with everything I thought. That was 5 months ago...the referral to a surgeon id STILL ongoing. When I emailed to see what's going on, all they said was..."no updates at this time". They seem to not care, and customer service is non existent. Will not be going back!

  I made numerous commend about the handicap/senior door button. I work close by and saw so many seniors were struggling to open the door themselve. I had to get up and opened for them. I came in 1 day. Dr Wong was wearing short. I've been hearing so many complaints about this place......Drs went home early, and i were told Drs were busy with clients....The fact, there were no one at the clinic at the time

  However, the doctors seem great. But that isn't enough. A few experiences back, I provided one of the doctors feedback on that particular receptionist. Too bad they have done nothing to address the problem. Surely in this economic climate, she is replaceable. Such ridiculous, unprofessional behavior.
