  I just made my first visit to Knibbe and it will not be my last. With the service I received and frank honest assessment of my vehicle I feel that I'm not handing my car over to strangers but people who actually care about your needs and your vehicle. I brought it to Knibbe after I was given 5 pages of repairs needed by a dealership of the make of the vehicle and their assessment was it needed over $5000 of repairs. I needed a second opinion and chose Knibbe from the reviews I read and I'm glad I did. There were some things that I was told we would need to watch but nothing that needed immediate attention. They have won a loyal customer from here on out. Thank you Knibbe Automotive.

  What a breath of fresh air! Went in based on reviews and every staff member that I dealt with was extremely pleasant. My main contact was Jordan and he was very honest and did his very best to keep my total costs down and doing what was only immediately required. Its also quite hard to find a place that can competently service h3's and I am happy to say that I found my place. I will absolutely return, its worth the drive from the SW to the NW because their service is incredible. Jordan even took the time to show me which parts were replaced and did an awesome job at keeping me informed and updated.
