  Always a great selection, staff are friendly and store is well organized. Promotional items are normally very visible.

  I started with the faucet, I ask the gentleman to give some recommendations on faucets... all I got was they are pretty much all the same, I said “so, $50.00 to 349.00 are no different, he said you are buying style.. Really, I’m a woman but I’m not stupid....

  I was at the store on 130th, this morning before 8:00 AM. I was looking to buy kitchen faucet, sink, kitchen cabinet door handles, and back splash tiles. Staff meeting everyone was having the pep talk... WOW

  Terrible customer service. Went to pickup up an online order and the associate walked away without a word to us ....... left us standing there for 30 minutes while he went, we found out later, to look for the order. We could have gotten one off the shelf and left in a third of the time it took him. He had no customer skills what so ever. All of a sudden switching to another language in front of us, talking to a coworker, is absolutely disrespectful. If zero stars were an option that is what you would deserve. One is way too much for this rating.

  Then I ask what about sensor? what about magnet? Do I need to install the soap dispenser? This staff member had not interest what’s so ever in helping me, I left discouraged and empty handed.. I got a call from my contractor, he was at my house to continue his work, I had to send him home, as I had no supply for him to work with. I had today off to be home to finish up, what a waste of time for everyone involved.

  Great store! I love that they accept airmiles. I can always find what I'm looking for hardware related. Lots of staff that are knowledgeable on their product selection.

  I normally go to Lowe's first before the other well know big box hardware store.

  Parking is always ample, and easy access from Deerfoot Trail or 52 Street.
