  On Monday when I arrived, the clerk had left her friend (!) in charge of the store while she went to get coffee. Apparently she was working alone and had not planned adequately to bring snacks, lunch or drinks.

  When we got to the ‘service desk’ and placed our order, she made a tinting error, on one of the samples. When I questioned it, she scowled at me and rang up the $10 sample charge anyways. I had to pay a second time to get the colour I actually requested (Moonlight White, not White Chocolate).

  This was the worst service I have experienced in all of the Benjamin Stores. The "kids" there are completely interested in their phones, and in this case, it was breakfast. Both gave conflicting and clearly inexperienced information. Recommend only going to the store if you're going to buy a simple paintbrush. As even shaking a can of paint didn't even begin 10 minutes after my request. I ended up leaving and I'm going to a different BM store.

  Truly it was only $10, but it was my $10, and that mistake has cost this store the whole house full of paint. There are many other places to redecorate with in Calgary. Avoid this location at all costs.

  Great customer service from the young lady that helped me. She had great color suggestions. I ended up taking home a sample of a color she recommended along with two that I picked. When I got them on the walls, her suggestion was the winner. Great eye for color!

  I went back on Saturday and was told the person in charge had gone to get gas and the junior clerk could not help me with colour-matching.

  I have used this store for years and never been very happy with the slow service - 30 minutes minimum and often longer. But after shopping there four times in a week (painting my whole upstairs), I will not be returning.

  The rep was snappish to a number of clients (one elderly gentleman in particular) while we were in the store, she ignored my request for assistance finding a very specific colour name, and most unusually, left me wondering if she had a specific issue with my daughter and I being in the store (we are mixed race family).

  Had a great experience recently with Sherry! I was having trouble picking colours, but luckily the store offers in home design consultations. Sherry, the store's new designer, came to my house for a consultation later that week. It was a fantastic experience! She took away all my stress and uncertainty about the project, helped me choose an amazing colour pallette and beautiful new window coverings to bring it all together!! Thank you so much Sherry for your help, I love my "new" home!!

  Having worked many retail jobs as young woman, I like to think I’m reasonable, polite customer. But the Crowfoot Benjamin Moore store dished out such lousy customer service today I am compelled to post this review.

  I will NEVER shop here again. The Brentwood Benjamin Moore is more inconvenient for me to drive to, but the store is well-managed and I never wait more than 10 minutes!!! By the way, apparently the Brentwood store gets complaints about Crowfoot EVERY DAY. They are separate franchises.

  On Wednesday when I arrived, the clerk was in the back alley watching someone fix her flat tire, leaving the store unsupervised. When I finally got her attention, turned out they were out of the quart-sized paint product I needed. (poor planning again) She offered to sell me the more expensive one but refused to give it to me at the price of the product I actually wanted.
