They promised they will not charge the credit until I come and try! Well I did not try, they deduct the first payment! I told them I am going out of the country.. refund the money.. the idiot dumb manager repeatedly said we can still offer the free classes and you can still try! Well if I don't want to, I am flying soon why would give such options!! When asked give me your head office information she replied I don't have it! Why are you paid as a manager dude! When told it's misleading for the customers she replies how ? Explain? Are you seriously dealing with your customer!! Do not join it sucks as it's service

Anyways rant aside, amazing gym. Love the feed back from the coaches and the time slots are always convenient for me. Fantastic location (Biased since I live down in Kensington)

They have NOT addressed the safety concerns and have just tried to sweep the problem , me, away.

So as of yesterday I was kicked out of the gym for pointing out a safety issue- the coach/ trainer doing social media vs watching people’s form ( in addition there was no warm up or cool down, which is not normal), for posting a concern for the well being of gym members. I have tried to speak to management but as of now I am not a member, and management has ignored my phone calls and emails.

Workout is great, management is atrocious.

I commented on an Instragram post on Feb 1 noting the the coach was not doing her job coaching (watching client’s form on the floor) which resulted in my comment being deleted, management blocking me from their Instagram page and then being kicked out of their gym. I received a phone call from one of the front staff, not management, saying my "Hi Rachel, it's Kirsten calling back from Orange Theory Fitness. I apologise we missed your phone call there we were just checking in a class but I wanted to get back to you as well and just to let you know that we have gone ahead and cancelled your membership effective immediately...”

A few weeks ago I showed up to a workout without my (necessary) running shoes. The staff manning the front desk took pity on me and offered to reschedule my class for another day without penalty (there is normally a mandatory 8 hour cancellation policy and a penalty for cancelling after the cut-off). That was kind enough! But I was actually able to take the class in the end because coach Cara leant me her own sneakers! Talk about above and beyond.

I love OTF workouts and recommend it for people of all fitness journeys, but I can not recommend Kensington OTF studio as their management has no concern for the well being of their members and only cares about making money.

This is a challenging but accessible workout! The class is split in half with each group doing either a rowing and floor workout or interval training on the treadmill. Halfway through the hour, the groups switch. It's really motivating to see your heart rate and calorie burn on the screen. You can make the workout more challenging as your fitness improves. All done in 60 minutes, so it's a great way to get a solid workout in quickly. Really enjoy coach Cara's workouts in particular!

First of all - they made it very clear that we would be charged in October when we signed up regardless if you did the free classes or not... FYI to the other two reviews when you sign up for a service.. you should probably expect to be charged - just sayin'. Did you ever contact them to cancel your service before it kicked in or did you just expect them to be mind readers and know you didn't want to continue.
