  When I was a customer and God pretty good service then I decided to cancel my membership because I had a home gym the gym team did not cancel it when they told me that they were there and I got chargeNSF then I called them up and I try to fix it and they said that they will cancel it now and that they are sorry, then I got charge two more NSF fee they said that they would send a check out for the two and six months later, I still do not have my money back! They keep saying they sent it and resent it but still nothing is happening, three months ago I asked for a manager higher up but I got told that they actually don’t have a number for any other person I like really speak to the manager at that location! Now I am able to speak to manager so I’m just wondering why I couldn’t speak to that manager when I first called!?

  OMG, the changing room is the worst. Only take 1 person at a time ( only 6 changing room ) for a gym at has at least 20 people come and go during peak time. Sometimes the front gate won't open even there is no problem with my card. Washroom is small and it can get dirty real quick.

  Not a bad gym. Has all the equipment to get in a good workout. Machines break down often but is due to the high amount of usage. When this gym gets busy, it is VERY busy. Staff has always been polite when I have interacted with them.

  Negatives? This place gets very busy and it is quite a compact space. People are stepping over one another trying to move around in the free-weight area. Gym members don't seem to like to replace weights after using them and the men's room is a disaster more often than not(patron issue).

  Clean and cheap. With the cheap price you get a lot of loud younger people that like to make it their hangout and talk more than workout. But great if you go with headphones to tune them out. They have a tonne of weights and cardio machines. Open 24 hours. No shower, no water fountain. The massage chairs have been broken for at least 3 weeks and there is no perk to the black card unless you like to leather your skin.

  Worst experienced ever from yesterday. There is one black girl employee that interrupts me and my friends workout, she's saying that we're doing personal training even do we're not. Knowing that all each people pays $10 for their membership we should have our rights to use equipments not being limited.
