  I like health food stores. They carry high quality products that are (usually) good for everyone and everything involved. They also have a selection of food products made in-store. While I'm not vegan myself, they make some amazing vegan cakes and vegan food.

  I love this store, and could have browsed for hours. Got vegan Worcestershire sauce, vegan marshmallows, vegan chocolate chips, vegan cheese, vegan yogurt, and vegan butter. Yes, this was mostly a dirty junk food trip, and oh so worth it. You get a free reusable bag with member sign up at the front til, and I love me some reusable bags!

  This store is clean and bright. They do have some good sales on occasion, however they do seem to be lacking in some standard items one would expect to find here.

  The only negative thing about this visit was the labeling of my vegan chocolate cake. Yes, yes, I got the cake too! :) The ingredients read milk products because the lady at the bakery had used the wrong label. Right price, wrong label. Please be careful with your labels. If I was an actual vegan, (and not just a vegetarian), that could have been a really bad scene. We do take food labels very seriously. This is because our lifestyle choice is literally a life and death situation every time we eat, and we are very conscious to this fact. In any event, I as a consumer will also ensure the proper label next time. See you again soon Planet Organic, xxxooo.

  I have been client of planet organic for more than 10 years even though I do know that its products are overpriced. I wanted to support local or Canadian organic business. Today Sunday Jan 7 during the evening i went there to buy some vegetables and some herbs I needed. There is a basket with some apples and bananas just passing the cashiers (for how they look they are about to get expired, so i guess it is better to offer them to the clients instead of throw them) Well, I took one banana with out paying much attention and a young girl that was still dealing with the payment just told me to return that ONE banana to the basket because it was only for kinds!!!

  It was a very embarrassing moment for me. So planet organic you just lost a client for mistreating your clients for ONE BANANA!
