  I like how they have empty cardboard boxes for you to use instead of purchasing bags, just like Costco. When you get home and out the groceries away, you recycle the cardboard boxes in your blue bin.

  It is fairly clean and well organized. The staff were all polite. You do need a loonie to get a cart but the cashiers were happy to provide change. I love that they have a section for cookware.

  I had no problem finding what I was looking for. Thanks to the staff I just asked where to find it and I got a direct answer very quickly. The staff was very warm and friendly. Thanks for a wonderful shopping experience.

  lovely and good food too! but they a very misleading in the name! cause I saw quite a few frills! at least I didn't have to pay for them tho! lol

  I picked out the meat I wanted and asked the employee if No Frills price matches. She said yes then she asked what I wanted price matched so she could reweight it for me. She took the meat from my basket didn’t ask for it and went to the back I said but I am getting it for this price in the flyer she said yes. She comes out without my meat and asked to see the flyer I showed her. She wanted to make sure it wasn’t from Toronto and I said so I’m not going to get the meat back she said I’m still trying to figure out the scale because our doesn’t weight it each. Next time she comes back out with someone who claims to be the owner of the No Frills who goes by the name of Merv Newton and says we can’t sell you that because we don’t know how many pounds superstore is selling it for you’ll have to go to superstore. I said I thought you price matched. He said we only price match certain things. I said why can’t you call superstore and find out for me. He said you’ll just have to go over there. I said so you won’t provide me service at all and send me somewhere else. He said you’re really burning me right now. I said fine what’s your name. He said Merv and wouldn’t provide me a last name and that He’s the owner of this No Frills. So I said I will send a complaint to head office and walked away. They took the meat and hid it in the back so they didn’t give me the option of buying it at full price and didn’t provide me the service they claim to give.

  Great store to shop for small everyday items. No Frills is generally one of the lowest priced stores when compared to competitors. Just go in, get what you want/need and get out. Great for quick shopping of little items, or you can buy all the food you need for everyday cooking for the week.
