  We came here looking for a nursery chair and Karen was so helpful and knowledgeable. She was patient as we debated between two models. We came back the next day and purchased the chair because we were so pleased with her service. She didn’t pressure us or anything. When we came back we took some more time to look at other things in the store. Karen and Sophie both helped us with picking out a monitor. They were fantastic. So many great things in this store. We came all the way from Saskatchewan and it was well worth the trip. We will be back!

  Went to West Coast (South) to purchase a glider. We were impressed with the selection. Katelyn helped us out and was awesome - very nice and helpful. Product purchased was good quality and manufactured in Calgary. Good to see businesses supporting Canadian made product. Will be back.

  Karen the manager was very helpful in helping us locate a crib that we did not have time to wait for. Sophie who also helped me was extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable on all of the products that Westcoast kids sells.

  I've been to West Coast Kids a few times while shopping for nursery furniture for my first baby. What a fantastic store! In my most recent visit, Rachel assisted me and she was super helpful! Her customer service and product knowledge were fantastic. I really appreciated all her help!!! She made my purchase easy! Thank you Rachel!

  Great experience at this store! Staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Karen helped me order a specific crib I wanted that was out of stock. Sophie was very helpful with helping me pick out the crib mattress over the phone.
