I was just at two mattress stores near each other on Macleod Trail and decided the answer to "why buy a mattress anywhere else?" was because of a mattress expert, aptly named Matt, at the Brick Plaza where they have a full line of mattresses. Very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with about our new bed. I would highly recommend asking for Matt if you want great service!

Worst experience with Brick. I am new to this country and I purchased around 12 to 15 thousand dollars worth of furniture from them. The sales person never told me that I have to install dinning set and tv table by my own. I have paid around 100 dollars to install my tv table and now they delivered dinning set today and they said it's again a self install. The pieces are too heavy to pull up and get installed. I had a talk with customer service and they said sorry it was a fault of a sales person. From the day first when I bought the furniture I am facing problems. It was a worst customer service I have ever seen. Not only that they delayed the deliver for more then a month stating that they don't have products in stock. I am sick and tired of this company. I am not going to buy anything again from them. The managers are so rude when they talk.

Made a purchase online. The purchase somehow got lost in the system AFTER it was charged to my Brick Card. Nobody has any idea how to recover this. Called the South store to find out. Their answer was that they couldn't help me because THEY KNOW NOTHING ABOUT THE ONLINE PART. Awesome. So you've charged my card and I can't get my stuff because you lost the order. And you know nothing about the online part and can give me NO PHONE NUMBER TO CALL. Awesome. I'm surprised you guys can tie your shoes in the morning. Will not be dealing with the Brick ever again. What a joke of customer service.

This is our favourite Brick location in Calgary SW. They keep a good selection of sofas and love seats, always have good offers, and the customer service is great.

Horrible experience. Walked in and was greeted by an older Jamaican woman and I was inquiring on a product advertised on sale. She didn’t know too much of what I was talking about and was not very helpful. In one situation we found a floor model selling at a $100 less than the new models and was already fully built (which I prefer), she was trying to sell it to me without disclosing that it was broken. Upon further review of the cabinet we noticed it was the left leg that was broken and she called in a maintenance guy to see if it could be fixed. Without truly inspecting it, he said there was nothing he could do. So I bought a brand new one instead.

After building the brand new one at home we concluded that the broken cabinet only needed wood glue to fix the leg and we could have saved $100.
