  We recently purchased a leather Astor recliner from La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries in Calgary AB. After picking up the recliner from the warehouse and taking it home we discovered two long scratches across the seat. Took it back to the warehouse where we opened up all of your remaining stock to view it before taking possession. Of the four recliners we looked at; two had scratches in the leather, the third had glue spread across the leather and the fourth, we couldn’t even get the back into the rails to assemble the chair. The warehouse staff was fantastic but we ended up going back to the store and cancelling the order. For a $2100+ chair I expected some quality and to be approached by a manager regarding our negative experience. But as with La-Z-Boy’s quality control, nothing. Time to call yourselves what you really are – the Brick.

  The warranty and extended warranty are outstanding. We looked everywhere, and by far they offer the best coverage. Ryan is wonderful. He took his time, He was honest and didn't make us feel pushed into a purchase we were not comfortable with. While this couch might not be exactly what we are looking for, it is the most comfortable!

  Once we had had a conversation and focused in on the product we were interested in, Steve let us alone to contemplate and be sure we were making a decision without pressure. We needed a sofabed small enough for our space.

  Ryan asked the right questions to determine what we wanted for size, color, type of leather; he showed us several samples/items with different leather until we found the one we wanted. He was able to pull up our previous order from 6yrs ago, so we could get an additional piece from the same collection that we had purchased. He ensured we saw samples of different sizes so we could confirm the size of couch we wanted. Great, painless experience! Thx, Ryan!
