  Love the store , however I walked in and walked past 3 employees gossiping about another while they stood at the till, and 2 more stocking shelves. Not one person said 'hello' or made eye contact. Unfortunate. Had some big purchases to make that day and chose elsewhere based on simple customer service values I have.

  I love that the staff give you space to explore the store, but are available when needed.

  Furniture is priced a bit high but they have classic and modern things for any household. Always had great service here and can find quick cute gifts for the kitchen lover on the list.

  This is one of my favourite stores. I've always had good customer service here. Everyone is always friendly and knowledgeable. The products are good quality and I enjoy walking around the store to look at everything. Love their brand of candles!

  While some of the prices here may be steep, I find that the products are good quality. The customer service at this store is good as well. Any time I've returned items I have never received resistance from the staff. There is some overlap with the bay, but C&B carries items much more adventurous than the Bay ever wood.
