  It is okay. Some pretty good deals, but a lot of the stuff was better done by other stores in the area. There is a wide selection, but not much customization on any of the furniture. What you see is basically what you get at Ashley. Some of the stuff is Canadian made, so that's good!

  We had a great experience at Ashley furniture!! We've got exactly what we wanted at a great price!! The selection is beautiful. Evan, the sales manager was absolutely fantastic!! We highly recommend him.Warm, knowledgeable and so so helpful!! If you're looking for great furniture and service, this is the place to go!

  We've often ended up buying from here because the quality is good enough (you still need to selective) and the prices are good. Great for families that want a step up from Ikea and the Brick but not heading to full luxury/ridiculous expensive.

  More than pleased with the experience at the deefoot meadows location. Our salesman Jerry was enthusiastic, courteous and accommodating. The selection was more than adequate and the prices competitive. All in all the experience was painless from browsing the showroom to delivery. The delivery guys were professional and courteous. Overall extremely happy with our purchase from Ashley and we will not hesitate to return for other furnishing needs.

  PS. They make you buy a new mattress liner for $100+ in order to be able to exchange the mattress... thing is if you do, they make you buy another liner or they refuse to honour the exchange.... There "Sleep guarantee" is pretty expensive- especially when you add delivery costs.

  We decided Ashley was offering us the best deal with 12 months no payments or no interest. We both questioned the manager and our salesman multiple times if this was an interest arrears scam and they assured us that it was not. We were told our interest would start after the 12 months and only on the amount owed. We bought $5k in furniture and paid all but $750.00 within the 12 months. We paid the remaining $750.00 within 2.5 weeks after the 12 months because we believed what we were told. We received a bill for $1,200.00 interest a month later. Ashley's finance company is now calling constantly asking for this interest money. We have visited the store twice to question our salesman and of course no one can help us now. Please do not trust the advertising... They will ask if you read the fine print???? No I trusted YOUR word... But I will not trust Ashley salesmen again.... Anything for a sale I guess. Integrity does not exist anymore in the sales world and its just sad. We love our furniture but we will not purchase their again... Honesty keeps repeat customers....;(.
