  As a professional Home Stager, I have rented many rooms of furniture from Aaron's. Sam, the manager, has been more than helpful every, single time I've ordered items. I have purchased a number of cash and carry items as well, and have never had a problem dealing with Sam. He is customer focussed, kind and thoughtful. I appreciate working with him, and will continue to do so. So nice to have someone who is quick to pick up the phone when I have questions, and has corrected every minor error efficiently. I have worked with other companies in my job, but will continue to work with Sam going forward because my businesses needs are always a priority to him.

  We are Aarons customers for many years we have almost everything in our house from them. Everything was great until we started experiencing problems with our tv. They didn't honor the warranty that we purchased and are coming to pick it up their junk with absolutely no replacement or refund. Basically we lost $5,058.00

  Bad customer service, rude and last employees, employees do not double check to make sure you're given the right furniture, damages to walls.
