  From the moment I walked into this establishment, I was greateted with a warm welcome. I had over 48 roses that needed to be put into a vase. The owner Deb, told me that it would be no problem and to give her 10min to arrange them for me. When I came back to pick them up, I was blown away to see what she did. An unbelievable surprise. The boring bouquet turned out to be so beautiful. Thanks so much for your wonderful service!

  So polite and so friendly. These were literally the nicest flowers I've ever sent anyone. I called the order in over the phone and they couldn't have picked a better arrangement of roses or the vase. I'm so pleased.

  I ordered flowers for my wife’s birthday in the morning and within few hours they delivered it to our house for free. At the time the delivery guy had arrived, my wife wasn’t at home. He called and told me he is scheduled to do other deliveries and couldn’t wait that long until she gets back. As per his recommendation, I called the shop directly if they can re-arrange the 20 minutes waiting time period until my wife gets back. I am thankful they went that extra mileage to make sure she receives the gift in person as promised. Now we all are happy, and I call this a true act of satisfaction guarantee to their customers.

  I order flowers and needed them delivered a couple weeks later. I left specific instructions on how to deliver the flowers and they included only making sure to send them if they could contact the recipient prior to delivery. The owner Deb went above and beyond to make sure the delivery happened without any problems. The customer service I received was superior to other shops I’ve visited. I highly recommend going here and using them for anything you need. I promise you won’t be disappointed.

  Had a small bouquet of flowers delivered to my mom in Calgary today. We live in Saskatoon, so the online process was simple and quick. Also sent them Poinsettias at Christmastime. Had to call the staff for a special request and they were super friendly, courteous, and helpful. Made a mistake scheduling the day (on my end) and they called back just to confirm and make sure they had the right day. My mom loved them and sent me a picture!! Highly recommend A+++
