  Karlene has beautiful floral arrangements and I am so happy with her wonderful service, she helped make my Mum's "Mother's Day" very special! I am overseas but Karlene was very quick to answer my emails and she made sure my Mum had her flowers on a special day--she also delivered them herself! Thank you so much, Karlene!!!

  So, my husband ordered flowers for me while he was having back surgery (pause for "awww" lol). He asked for a specific dollar amount which is a standard amount he orders. The bouquet was delivered, I sent hubby a pic to say thanks and he said... Not what I ordered, can you call them. I did and left a msg. Received a return call immediately from the owner who was horrified and so apologetic. I told her the bouquet received was lovely, just not what was ordered. Again... Apologies galore. We had received the wrong one and she sent out another spectacular bouquet the very next day. We have used this florist for several bouquets and will continue to do so. Lovely owner, lovely flowers, amazing service.
