  One more thing, I felt the packaging was poorly done, they left the plastic card box and plastic covers on at delivery. dont know if this the delivery norm. but it didnt feel special

  Loved my arrangement! They had problems finding my order when i came to pick it up so they made me an arrangement on the spot on mother's day. Very friendly and good customer service.

  Pricey but impressive. I've always ordered over the phone or just gone in and picked from what they've got pre made. Always been very happy and my girlfriend has been ecstatic!

  Very bad service, First of all I ordered their bouquet ' how sweet is it' online through their online website and paid the full amount including price of bouquet + $14 for delivery+ taxes on spot. but I got a call within 10 mins from Beddington saying the price I paid for the flowers were low ( whatever that meant, since I paid exactly the amount they listed on the website)

  next they said, they were out of some flowers and if they could substitute for something else, and since I already ordered it, I was okay, as long as they make it look good, but when I received the flowers, it was completely different from what I ordered, not even a single flower or color of what I ordered matched with I was delivered. - I am wondering if they decided to put in cheaper options to cut costs.

  lastly I had specifically requested them to delivery it earlier in the morning if possible, I understand they dont commit a delivery time, but I felt the took no cognizance of my request and delivered it by around 1:00 which would anyway been their delivery schedule - atleast they shouldnt have a tab for special request, if they dont end up doing anything it. - worse I live within a 5 km radius from them, they charge $14 delivery for it separately, but its as bland a delivery as it possibly could.

  So ,when they couldnt make it ontime instead of calling ME ....they called MY GIRLFRIEND, to tell her that they would just leave the flowers OUTSIDE, in the COLD....
