  Went in to purchase a remote starter for my vehicle I found on sale. I wish I would remember the name of the salesman that was helping me but unfortunatly I can’t. Walked in and was told “you don’t want that one it’s a horrible product” okay then so I picked another one. Same response “it’s useless”. And then he begun showing me starters that where well out of my price range saying I have to choose one of these for my kind of vehicle.... what a joke. And he was VERY rude about it. I wouldn’t recommend this place, all they do is try and sell you things you don’t need. Very frustrating.

  Excellent service by Kyle the Sales Manager, my buddy and I were looking for speakers for his car and we came across Kyle we asked him a question on some of the speakers and we were sold within a minute. The sales pitch was honest, clean and easy to follow. It was really great having somebody who knows exactly what we want and we barley said a word. Great customer service and a polished sales consultant and well recognized, too be a Manager.

  I got Beats Studio 3 headphones 2 weeks ago and received faulty one. Took back to store and they didn't accept exchange or Refund. They directed Me to contact an apple store. Should have purchased from Apple. Will never buy anything from Visions again. Very Poor customer service.

  Hands down the best place to purchase electronics. Go see my man Corbin here for anything from entry level to high end audiophile. They can order in a huge variety of items at more than competitive pricing and the combined knowledge base walking the store is parallel to none.

  I bought a car stereo from Kyle in June of 2017 and found out that the sales people at Visions are certainly wheelers and dealers. This environment can be difficult because you can feel a little bit of pressure but don't be afraid to apply a little pressure yourself, it's all part of the deal making process. I felt I owed them a review because the installation service was truly great. I was in and out quickly and the job was done professionally. Great service is hard to find.
