    However, my order was cancelled due to "no stock" yet they showed that there was one available at my time of purchase. I now have to wait 3-5 business days to receive my money back and I'm out a headset that I was really looking forward to and needed.

    I had been going with my computer issues at Staples 130th Ave, Calgary SE for the last 10 years. I had mostly dealt with Technology consultant Hartik & he is very efficient in his work. I was so far very satisfied with the service I received here. In June 2017, I took my computer to Staples 130th Ave, to restore Windows 10. The package I paid for included restoration of all old photographs & old emails. I was dealing with technician SUMMIT. When Summit handed me the computer, it had many issues. I was dealing with Manager MIR mostly and he was very understanding and helpful so far in troubleshooting most of my computer problems. I made 6 additional trips to this location to get my computer woes addressed. However, Summit was unable to restore my old emails, dated beyond June 17/2017. He told me "Whatever email are in your current provider server is all that can be restored", which meant emails less than 10 days old. I could access these emails myself by signing into my Shaw Web mail account without Summit's assistance !! Summit did not acknowledge his lack of knowledge and instead showed quite an attitude and arrogance. In total, I had spent close to $500.00 in repair cost and software purchase based on Summit's recommendation. This morning manager MIR was not working so I had to deal with Manager ANN. Ann was rude, had poor customer relationship skills and was clueless of what she was talking about. She almost told me to go elsewhere to seek further assistance. I felt left let down and unfairly treated. Next, I approached Shawnessy Staples for assistance. I found manager Rob & every single member of the technology department sympathetic and very eager to assist. Please read my 5 star review on Technology consultant JOSE PAZ. A BIG "Thank you" to you, Jose, for going above & beyond the call of duty.

    Its a get in and get out type of place, know what your buying and do your own research the staff wont help you with that, printing anything is a no no, you will not get help all there machines for printing want a credit card and they charge some of the most exorbitant rates for paper like a dollar a sheet. The last time i was there someone offered me help though for the first time in my 5 years going there which was nice. The most consistent character is the cashiers but they can be dismissive and un acknowledging of you mere presence. Like i said in and out don't catch feelings here because they do not matter.

    Bought turbo tax for 2017, the lady gave me a box and she said it's 2017 but it is actually 2016. Just found out when I was about it install it already. I tried returning it since its useless but the stupid lady said i cant return opened box.

    Customer service was great! I ordered a headset and they went on sale less than 12 hours later and they refunded me the sale price!

    For a $250 worth of installer, i dont think it fair that a stupid staff handed you the wrong one and you cant return it.
