  Good place. Location is easy to find. Ample parking space for customers. 1st time to be in this branch and it was a nice store. Good layout of items in my opinion. No one assisted me during my visit but items are easy to find. Short line. Cashier is good.

  Staff was very helpful. The guy took the time to show me the stuff I needed and even though it took some time but he was very patient and friendly with me. Researched and got me what I needed than actually what I was asking for and it made me a happy customer.

  Great selection of products coupled with condescending and arrogant staff made for a poor customer experience. I recently built my first gaming PC after months of research online so naturally I had a lot of questions at the start of my build. I could only find so many answers online so I thought I would pop into Memory Express to get some face to face assistance from some of their computer experts. My first time going in was very discouraging and disappointing as the staff member who was assisting me was very condescending, short, and rude with me and was acting if I was wasting his time. I was very clear with him that I was inexperienced, needed some things explained that I didn't fully understand, and told him which parts I had and which ones I needed, however, the salesman didn't seem to care and continued to treat me like I was an idiot. I left feeling very frustrated and discouraged but thought maybe it was just that one salesman who was bad. I went in about a week later to try and get some more assistance and experienced the same thing from another sales rep. this seems to be a trend with the store - if you have basic questions and/or need to learn a few things about their products, this is not the place for you as the ego and superiority complex of the staff is very frustrating and discouraging. You are better off ordering from New Egg or getting your computer parts from somewhere else as you won't need to deal with arrogant staff who's sole goal seems to be more about appearing as the smartest person in the room rather than providing good customer service.

  My favorite computer store in the area. Great prices and a very reasonable price beat program for those times they are a little higher. The staff is really knowledgeable and the process for their extended warranties are much more reasonable than some other more popular stores (they've been around for many years too so no worries about them going under or not being around when you need to use your warranty).

  Friendly staff. Helpful and knowledgeable about product. Not pushy or annoying. Lot's of genuine smiles and saw staff that really seemed to enjoy working together. I find I rarely have issues here and that I'm not treated poorly due to my lack of knowledge or being female which does happen often in my life. But here I feel like the staff are funny, friendly and professional and very helpful. I particularly recommend this store as well as the one in Edmonton 10187 34 Ave NW.
