    Not quite. The microphone quit working the other day so I drove the almost 60 km from Airdrie to the Bose Store. The salesman handed me the address where you send it. No apology, just - here you go - you can leave now. I bought them at that store because I'd heard about the excellent service. Not any more. I'll likely have to spend $60 CDN on shipping and insurance to get them to the repair shop... sigh.

    Sean was so helpful and kind. Really helped me out with all my questions, incredibly knowledgable and honestly some of the best customer service I've ever had. He wasn't pushy about the products and was so patient with everything and my countless questions, on the product, how they worked, the functions, and the warranty. He Made me feel confident about spending $400+ on a pair of headphones. I love my QC35's, and I feel no guilt about it. He really changed my mind about Bose, the company and the products.

    Great in-store support. My Soundsport Wireless headphones died after a year of serious usage. Was barely within warranty and didn't have my receipt. Walked into the store, explained the situation and they just grabbed me a new pair and did the return, no problems. They even registered the new ones for me and sent me a digital copy of the receipt! I've never had that easy of a process with warranty before. The guys there were awesome! Would definitely head back after that experience.

    I bought my Aviation Headset (A20's) here, 8 month's ago. They were $1396. The staff told me about the A20's wonderful warranty and if I had any problem simply return them to the store and they would either replace them or handle the shipping for me. Just drop them off.

    This store seems more like a showroom than a retail outlet. I'm not sure they stock much product. I had to order online which offered misleading order updates. The online store has Customer Service out of the Philippines. You have to go through a vigorous verification process before they will tell you anything and they don't have access to Canadian order shipping status reports. All she could tell me after 25 minutes was "don't worry I am sure you will get your product by next Friday (2 weeks after order placed) As it turns out, my order is out for delivery today (Tuesday).

    It would seem as the product ships weekly from the US and then forwarded on once their truckload arrives in Canada. Before it arrives across the border, the records apparently are obfuscated.
