    At best I hope the Apple Store employee wasn't very competent, but the subsequent hard sell makes me think their motives were less than honourable - pretty appalling really!

    On return to U.K. I took it to a local repair shop, in under 24 hours it was diagnosed as a mag safe socket related failure and fixed with a part costing £5.

    After I waited for two hours and was declined, I called Apple Customer Service and they are sending me an Express Replacement Device through the mail. No questions asked.

    I went in for a replacement device as Apple Customer Service recommended I do it in person through the Apple Store. My phone is literally killing all Apple certified chargers after one to two uses, but apparently since that’s hard to prove I did not receive a replacement device. Let it be known my phone has drop damage around the device and on the screen, so it’s clear I am clumsy and pay for Apple Care+ for a reason.

    I want to commend Apple employee, Devon, for the great job he did to resolve issues I had with a Bell agent I was referred to when I came into the Apple store about my phone in June. Devon went above and beyond the call of duty to get Bell to change my rate plan to the correct one and adjust my billing. He went to bat for me. I now have the services I originally requested, thanks to Devon's persistence. It's reassuring to find someone who deals with seniors respectfully and goes the extra mile to fight for them. Devon is an asset to Apple!

    I went into store to get a device upgrade for business phone via TELUS the service was good, but the salesperson helping me was very incompetent, he was unable to process the transaction called the provider and could not get hold of them and says "just so you know we do not do device upgrades after 8 p.m." made me feel so unwanted on that place.

    I had one bad employee helping me, very awkward and didn’t fit in at all. I must admit that as people were being helped all around me, the other staff did come across courteous and professional.

    Took my 2010 MBP to Genius Bar in here as it wouldn't charge or turn on. Very friendly, took my details and then took the computer out the back to do some diagnostics. 20 minutes later the verdict was Logic Board failure and the computer was beyond repair, even though it was a power issue.

    I have been a loyal apple user for the past 10 years. This is my first google review ever but I felt that this place deserved it. I spent 4 hours there trying to get my battery fixed on my iPhone. I have been bounced around. There are multiple employees standing around and no one helps. I was told wait is 15 mins and they get to me an hour later. Lack of common sense. Come on guys. You can do better than this. This is peoples time your dealing with.
